- TRAVEL & EXPENSE ANALYST
Job Purpose
Responsible for auditing US and Latin America Travel and Expense reports for fraud or violations of Huntsman’s Global Business Travel & Expense Policy. Understand Internal Controls and their effectiveness and weakness in preventing potential fraudulent transactions. Utilize the Global Business Travel & Expense Policy as a general guideline for auditing Travel & Expense charges. Utilize the Concur Travel & Expense System for auditing Travel & Expense reports.
**Requirements**:
- Associates Degree or equivalent hours towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Travel & Expense experience preferred
- Experience with Concur or other Travel & Expense systems is a plus
- Advanced English
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic to Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with associates at all levels within the organization
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- GRNI ACCOUNTANT
Job Purpose
Responsible for providing accurate, timely and compliant financial results within the published time table. This role is required to process the collection of financial data accurately and efficiently in order to prepare month end account reconciliations primarily for Accounts Payable/Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) accounts. Identifying issues and liaising with multiple teams between departments is a key part of the role, therefore excellent communication skills is essential to be successful in the role.The Incumbent should have a knowledge of US GAAP.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Accounting Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Minimum 1 year Accounting experience
- Advanced English
- SAP FI/CO Module experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong ability to prepare well documented account reconciliations
- Proficient with MS Excel.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong team player and able to work well with others
- COST & INVENTORY ACCOUNTANT

- 3 - 5 years accounting experience
- Advanced English

Job Purpose
Responsible for providing accurate, timely and compliant financial results within the published time table. This role is required to coordinate and process the collection of financial data accurately and efficiently for Costa Rica and other Latin American countries, as well as support for the US & Canada. Identifying issues and resolution is a key part of the role, therefore excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving is essential to be successful in this role. A knowledge of US GAAP is essential, as well as a strong SAP background.
