Increases agreed upon growth goals, drives demand generation and expands market share by identifying, planning and executing the activities required to ensure successful achievement of marketing business objectives. Markets products/brands within budget to obtain maximum profitability. Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Identifies and cultivates key relationships with influencers applicable to obtain Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned brand and manages MDF budgets to maximize ROI.
- Continually collaborates with internal peers, and/or vendors to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Develops and/or implements marketing policies and objectives.
- Manages the introduction of new programs or features.
- Defines the internal and external communication strategy for areas of responsibility
- Develops, implements and/or maintains all standardized marketing methodologies, tools and collateral of the assigned area ensuring consistent branding for internal and external communications.
- Coordinates and manages applicable events.
- Contracts and works with outside vendors for development and delivery of marketing programs.
- May manage fee-based marketing programs focused on targeted markets.

**Job Level Specifications**:

- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of professional expertise.
- Is competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.
- Develops solutions to a wide variety of problems and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis.
- May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance but determines best course of action to achieve results.
- Work is performed independently requiring judgment and discretion.
- May receive some limited guidance for new assignments.
- Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy.
- Interacts with management and professionals within department and other parts of the organization.
- May represent department externally on projects or with clients.
- Actions impact the success of the overall department and sometimes the organization.
- Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions will result in delays to projects, loss of revenue or allocation of additional resources to remedy.

**Work Experience**:

- Typically 3-5 years with bachelor's or equivalent years of experience, or 1-3 years of experience with Master's degree

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
