**Job Description**:
The Supervisor People Solutions Center (Benefits) will oversee the day to day performance of the Benefits Support team. The PSC Supervisor will have a deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement. The PSC Supervisor will be responsible for delivering KPIs as set forth by the PSC Sr. Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the PSC Reps work, ensuring cases are completed accurately and within SLA.
- Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
- Work with HRSS Sr. Manager to ensure Handle employee escalations as directed/needed. ?
- Assist in training and developing PSC Representatives
- Work with vendors to update employee enrollments/demographic date
- Perform ongoing feedback, reviews and participate in other people management activities
- Assist associates with career development
- Foster teamwork, positive morale and open communication.
- Drive consistent team methodology, process and deliverables.
- Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training
- Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in US Benefit Administration or HR Shared Services.
- Prior people management experience.
- Strong customer service focus with previous experience in Customer Service setting.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of US benefit plans.
- ** At least 1 year at Concentrix and current role**:

- ** No Disciplinary Action (DA) issued in the past 3 months**:

- ** Good attendance and performance record (Meeting KPI´s or objectives for the past 3 months)**:

- ** English level of 90% or above**:

- ** Experience working with US Benefits (must)**
