Resumen:
Asegurador del funcionamiento correcto del lanzamiento de nuevos productos y servicios o modificaciones que surgieran de los existentes. Analista que garantice el aseguramiento de los estándares en los lanzamientos de productos, servicios o modificaciones. Realizando creación de plan de pruebas, cumplimiento de informes, aporte de documentación e informe de resultados, respaldo de evidencia y gestionar el Visto Bueno para que sea comercializado a nível externo o interno.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Creación de plan de pruebas a realizar por cada uno de los proyectos asignados.
- Cumplimiento de informes y procedimientos establecidos para el área y en el cliente validando el impacto de cualquier lanzamiento o modificación.
- Aportar la documentación del área, ya sean manuales de usuario, procedimientos, etc.
- Respaldo de las evidencias de las pruebas realizadas exitosas o no exitosas
- Entrega de informes de proyectos reportados aprobados o con errores.
- Medir posibles riesgos o impacto que surjan con la nueva versión del software del producto o servicio.
- Asegurar pruebas vrs. el requerimiento que se levantó por el área de producto, clientes u otra que nos solicitan el VB de QA clientes.
- Asegurar la existencia del inventario de pruebas requerido y la limpieza del mismo después de la ejecución (Bajas de líneas)
- Cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio.

Calificaciones:

- Profesional o estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Administración Empresas o afines.
- 1 año de experiência en call center, tiendas, atención online.
- Conocimiento en programas utilizados por frentes de atención.
- Manejo del paquete Office 365.
- Deseable nível intermedio de inglés.
