The Collections Subject Matter Expert will be in charge of the analysis of complex delinquent customer issues, developing solutions, and implementing action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and effective manner. Negotiating and advising on a collection of overdue bills and taking appropriate action to recover overdue payments. Identifies and solves complex problems that arise with little or no precedent; makes decisions based on insights gained through experience regarding accepted ways of accomplishing work that is not necessarily documented formally. group’s results or efficiency.

**What you’ll do**
- Work on month-end closing activities.
- Keep SOP collections updated.
- Coordinate Billing disputes resolutions for the collections department
- Drive collection calls with sales Leaders.

**What experience you need**
- 5 Years of Experience in Collections as a Senior or Team Lead Role.
- Vocational training, internships, or equivalent experience in F&A areas
- 90% knowledge of Excel skills
- English and Spanish fluency B2/C1
