Position summary:
The Billing Adjustments Analyst works as an SME for the team, supporting its peers and stakeholders in the dispute resolution and analysis of complex cases. In addition, it is responsible for activities related to the processing and approval of customer credit/debit notes, exchange orders, revenue transfer, refunds, rebates, admin fees and tax credits/tax debits. Also, is in charge of the correct processing of offsets requests related to invoices/credits/debits following the internal compliance.

**Essential duties & responsibilities**: (detailed description)
Complete all reports sent by Sales and Corporate within the same month (Revenue transfer, ACES, Rebates, Admin Fees, Robotic Flag, Taxes, Credits, Hydroset, Cement Tracing)
- Review, complete and execute offsets following guidelines from internal controls and DOA.
- Analyze any credit balance accounts to determine if a refund should be processed.
- Perform follow-up procedures, as needed, with customers and accounts review.
- Work with other internal and external customers to help resolve differences and improve processes. (Customer, Collections, Sales, Customer Service among others).
- Create tax credits and debits to accurately report our taxes.
- Contribute to accurate customer master data elements.
- Create and maintain supporting documentation for process in scope.
- Acknowledge and take accountability of urgent requests and escalations.
- Comply with all internal control procedures to ensure accurate financial records.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by providing teamwork to solve problems while operating with honesty and integrity to provide highly responsive and timely results for the customer.
- Provide support or training to peers and stakeholders in the dispute resolution and analysis of complex cases.
- Support with daily metric reports to measure the operation.
- Performs other related work as assigned by management.
**Education & special trainings**:

- Bachelor's degree in a business field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.)
- Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel, Access & Outlook
- Advanced - MS Office Suite
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Oracle, SAP and JDE systems knowledge is a plus
**Qualifications & experience**:

- 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in a finance function in a shared service environment or multinational companies.
- ERP technology (SAP, Oracle, JDE) experience; ERP implementation experience plus
**Physical & mental requirements**:

- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Work and accomplish goals with minimum supervision
