**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior analysts with data collection from various sources.
- Clean and prepare data for analysis by identifying and correcting inconsistencies, outliers, and missing values in Microsoft Excel.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Create clear and concise data visualizations using Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging data analytics trends and technologies.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a data-related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization techniques (PivotTables, charts, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Power BI, including data import, model creation, and report development.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SQL queries for data extraction.
- Familiarity with other data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
