About the Role

**Responsibilities**:
- Facilities and Real Estate Planning:
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to develop and implement financial plans aligned with long-term real estate goals.-
- Analyze lease agreements, assess financial implications, and provide strategic recommendations.-
- Strategic Business Partnership:
- Act as a key financial partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.-
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.-
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support management decisions.-
- Lease Accounting:
- Collaborate with accounting teams to facilitate the proper accounting treatment of leases-
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842) and maintain accurate lease records.-
- Expense Management:
- Oversee the management of operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.-
- Monitor and analyze variances, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.-
- Capital Expenses:
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting of capital expenditures.-
- Evaluate capital projects, providing financial analysis to support investment decisions.-
- Headcount Planning:
- Collaborate with HR and department heads on headcount planning and budgeting.-
- Analyze staffing needs, trends, and related financial impacts.**Responsabilidades**:
- Planificación inmobiliaria e Instalaciones:
- Colaborar con el equipo de Instalaciones para desarrollar e implementar planes financieros alineados con los objetivos inmobiliarios a largo plazo.-
- Analizar contratos de arrendamiento, evaluar implicaciones financieras y brindar recomendaciones estratégicas.-
- Asociación comercial estratégica:
- Actuar como un socio financiero clave para los líderes empresariales, brindando conocimientos y recomendaciones para respaldar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.-
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para alinear las estrategias financieras con los objetivos comerciales generales.-
- Informes y análisis financieros:
- Liderar el proceso de cierre financiero mensual, trimestral y anual.-
- Proporcionar informes, análisis y pronósticos financieros precisos y oportunos para respaldar las decisiones de gestión.-
- Contabilidad de arrendamiento:
- Colaborar con los equipos contables para facilitar el tratamiento contable adecuado de los arrendamientos.-
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de contabilidad de arrendamientos (por ejemplo, ASC 842) y mantener registros de arrendamiento precisos.-
- Administración de gastos:
- Supervisar la gestión de los gastos operativos, asegurando la alineación con las metas presupuestarias.-
- Supervisar y analizar las variaciones, proporcionando información y recomendaciones para la optimización de costos.-
- Gastos de capital:
- Gestionar la presupuestación y previsión de gastos de capital.-
- Evaluar proyectos de capital, brindando análisis financieros para respaldar las decisiones de inversión.-
