**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote the company’s job openings in various networking websites and platforms
- Create, update, and maintain job postings in multiple job boards and databases
- Conduct initial interviews
- Administer hiring tests and consolidate results
- Update trackers and submit daily progress to Executives
- Keep up to date with recruitment strategies and explore creative ways to attract talent
- Identify gaps in the recruitment process and initiate improvements
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or related field
- At least 3 years experience as a Recruiter; in-house recruitment or as a headhunter
- Business-level proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience hiring through BambooHR, Indeed, LinkedIn, and OnlineJobs is preferred but not required
- Skilled proficiency in conducting different types of interviews
- Ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision
- Ability to display absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
