The Personal Banking Wealth Management and Legacy Franchises (PBWM and LF) Controller Finance Solutions Senior Lead Analyst position is responsible for Earnings, Forms 10-Q/10-K analysis and reporting in coordination with the Finance teams. Additionally, the Finance Solutions Senior Lead Analyst implements new GAAP reporting requirements, control procedures, managed segment infrastructure to accurately prepare information required for external and internal financial reporting and analysis. The overall objective of this role is to ensure business/department financials are prepared and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring complete and accurate financial information is provided for Citi's external consumer disclosures for the Form 10-Q and 10-K disclosures, quarterly earnings supplement, earnings script, or any external investor presentations for PBWM and LF
- Centrally coordinate all PBWM and LF reporting-related inquiries. Work with regional and business controllers to resolve issues and ensure consistency across PBWM and LF
- Develop and implement new reporting disclosures based on new accounting guidance or significant events during the quarter.
- Continually refine processes and identify opportunities to automate and lead global project implementations for the PBWM and LF Controllers Organization: Lead project implementation; Ensure standardization across disclosures/reporting; Perform deep dives into existing corporate & regulatory reporting to identify opportunities to automate
- Controller review of reserves (Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL), Risk Adequacy Management (RAM), Rewards, Litigation etc.)
- Assess impacts of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm or business unit strategy to the reporting infrastructure.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within Finance and how they interact to achieve the goals of the Finance department

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ Years of financial reporting experience
- Knowledge of Citi reporting systems preferred
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with ability to lead in a challenging environment and deliver results against fast-paced deliverable deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization
- Ability to manage workstreams in parallel and multitask
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and technical skills to document findings in accordance with approved quality procedures and standards.
- Be able to interpret global guidelines and implement global standards into local environment.
- Deliver deadlines and comply with corporate calendar
- Ability to work independently as well as with remote group
- Advanced English

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree/ MBA/CPA preferred
