**Service Transition Specialist**. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The
** Service Transition Specialist** should perform business process analysis and transformation aligned to strategy, customer, and business requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. **In this role, you will**
- Plan and define project scope and deliverables.
- Arrange for projects documentation and ensure the recommendation and specifications are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Model, analyze and transform business processes.
- Define operational KPIs for business processes.
- Assess processes, collect measurements, and interpret data.
- Design, run, test and upgrade processes.

**In this role, you’ll need **

**Typically**:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field with hands on experience on process improvement
- 4-6 years of direct experience in Process Improvement and Project Management
- Proficiency in English.
- Problem solving skills, thoroughness, attentive to detail and decision-making skills.
- To be a team player, strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- To participate, develop, test, and implement projects with a medium-low level of complexity that require medium to low-supervision.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- SCRUM.
- ITIL.
- BPM (Business Process Management)
