**Job Description**:
- POS Data Coordinator
- In this role you will be responsible for the processes related to the point of sale information shared by the different 3M distribution channels. Your main function is to be the main contact for the business that ensures that the shared information is processed, conditioned and available in the different reports and dashboards at the LATAM level that are available for consultation. You will be the link between the provider that manages the management of the information and the business with its different requirements, and at the same time you will have the responsibility of maintaining consistency in the information received and communicating the needs for the correct processing and treatment of the information.

- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensures that local POS processes fully comply with the global policy with the different stakeholders involved
- Ensures that the guidelines defined at the LATAM level are met and adjusts the processes so that these are standard throughout the region and through the different business groups
- Ensures a complete understanding of the end-to-end process, including interaction with the third-party provider and guidance to business users on the same
- Responsible for quality metrics and the definition of action plans if necessary to ensure that their objectives are met
- Responsible for ensuring that the information processed by the provider (E2Open) is correct, consistent and valid for the necessary analyzes by the business
- Guarantees the availability of information on LATAM dashboards
- Responsible for information processing in conjunction with the analyst assigned to the business group
- Responsible for the complete understanding of the information displayed and capable of training and guiding different users on reports designed in PowerBI
- Able to generate customized reports for different businesses and specific clients with the available POS information
- Able to process information in the different systems available
- Guarantees the use of the Lean Office methodology in daily activities within the area.

- Responsible for internally aligning the POS process and its interaction with the external provider
- Responsible for ensuring that local processes comply with LATAM guidelines and future processes

- In this role you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales or related/ or in case of not having the degree 3+ years of equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in treatment and processing of large databases with a large number of records
- 3+ years of experience in design extraction queries (SQL, R) and data uploading.
- Advanced use of Excel (Pivots, Macros, VLOOKUP)
- Intermediate to advanced English B2+
- Preferred qualifications and skills that could help you be even more successful in this role:

- Desirable knowledge and management of Salesforce
- Management of tools such as SAP, AS400
- Desirable knowledge of E2Open or ETL tools
- Management of PowerBI for report generation
- Excellent command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
