**Job Description**:
In this role you will be responsible for the processes related to the point-of-sale information shared by the different 3M distribution channels. Your main function is to be the main contact for the business that ensures that the shared information is processed, conditioned and available in the different reports and dashboards at the LATAM level that are available for consultation. You will be the link between the provider that manages the management of the information and the business with its different requirements, and at the same time you will have the responsibility of maintaining consistency in the information received and communicating the needs for the correct processing and treatment of the information.

Among the responsibilities faced by the role are:

- Ensures that local POS practices are fully compliant with the global policy with the different stakeholders involved
- Ensures that the guidelines defined at the LATAM level are met and adjusts the processes so that they are standard throughout the region and through the different business groups
- Ensures a complete understanding of the end-to-end process, including interaction with and guidance to third-party vendor users
- Responsible for quality metrics and the definition of action plans if necessary to ensure that their objectives are met
- Responsible for ensuring that the information processed by the supplier (E2Open) is correct, consistent and valid for the necessary analysis by the business
- Guarantees the availability of information in LATAM dashboards
- Responsible for the processing of information in conjunction with the analyst assigned to the business group
- Responsible for the complete understanding of the information displayed and able to give training and guidance to different users on reports designed in PowerBI
- Able to generate customized reports for different businesses and specific customers with available POS information
- Capable of processing information in the different systems available
- Ensures the use of the Lean Office methodology in daily activities within the area

The impact you will have in this role
- Main contact for the availability and understanding of POS information shared by the different distribution channels
- Responsible for having information available on time and with the quality required for the different business analysis
- Primary contact with external vendor
- Responsible for internally aligning the POS process and its interaction with the external provider
- Responsible for ensuring that local processes comply with LATAM guidelines and future processes

The skills and experience we are looking for

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, administration or related
- Experience in processing and processing large databases with a large number of records
- Experience to design queries for extracting and loading information
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience designing reports in PowerBI
- Advanced English is a must (communication with foreign supplier required)
- knowledge and management of Salesforce is a must.

5+ years of Manager Experience such as:

- Good communication and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary areas, including external suppliers and customers and direct reports.
- Leadership proficiency (Teamwork experience in multiple levels and areas, participation in projects, change management)
- Management of internal and external teams.
- Management of process improvement projects.
- High organization, discipline, teamwork, and integrity are some of the skills we look for in that role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Management of tools such as SAP, Salesforce, AS400
- Desirable knowledge of E2Open or ETL tools
- PowerBI management for report generation
- Excellent handling of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
