You will report to our Sr. Manager, Sales Effectiveness who is located in Bellevue, WA USA.

**You Will**:

- Design a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed.
- Upkeep & maintain the quality of enablement assets by managing the inventory and cataloging of resources.
- Track & communicate on post-engagement success back to our business partners.
- Become fluent in Smartsheet solutions & products.
- Develop knowledge checks and assessments as needed.

**You Have**:

- 5+ years of training content development, design and curation experience
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia
- A portfolio of content, eLearning, video, and graphic design projects. The portfolio should reflect graphic design skills with a clean aesthetic
- Experience managing and reporting on all curriculum and assessment data
- LMS administration experience, including eLearning publishing and learning assessments
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML5, CSS, etc.) - nice to have
