The Equifax Global Business Services organization Content Designer brings with it a level of insight and strategy for project pursuits, working with multiple leaders and the GBS Strategy team in developing Equifax’s approach to internal customers and external stakeholders to provide compelling visual communication & copywriting solutions for a wide variety of needs. This could range from external or internal digital campaigns (Google Suite and other tools) or print, internal content material design/production to drive diverse initiatives within the GBS technical or corporate visual & written content to strengthen company positioning in Costa Rica’s local ecosystem and within Equifax enterprise. Through creative visual strategies, you will translate complex ideas into compelling and memorable visual stories that build impact.

**What you’ll do**:

- Planning, development, deployment & management of media content throughout diverse channels including social media, internal websites & other tools to boost GBS objectives.
- Prototype, produce, design, and launch GBS internal visual & written content campaigns in alignment with corporate brand guidelines, adhering to timelines and internal customer requirements.
- Understand abstract business strategies and transform them into consumable stories through visual content and storytelling.
- Support in creating templates & style guidelines through processes that embrace creativity but also standardization across units.
- Identify any risks adherent to a specific project or request and communicate with the area leader.
- Manage and organize GBS visual assets that can be reachable to diverse internal or external stakeholders.
- Collaborate in ensuring correct governance of the corporate brand strategy within GBS to ensure coherence with global brand communications.

**What experience you need**:

- BS degree in a design-related field such as graphic design, advertising design, or architecture.
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish: C1 minimum (BELT)
- 3+ years of professional experience in a graphics-related field or freelancing leveraging tools at high proficiency level as Adobe Creative Cloud, Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD & InDesign, Premiere, After Effects y Audition.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in audiovisual production, especially post-production (sound & video editing, animation, colorization).
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in designing presentations in PowerPoint or google slides, including the creation of templates, and innovative graphics (must feel comfortable in designing with Google Slides tools).
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating online advertising (static, dynamic, or animated).
- Updated design portfolio focused on graphic design work

- Preferable knowledge of design for accessibility including variables such as color, contrast, and sizes, among others.
- Ability to write compelling copy to attract audiences & manage content.
- Understand abstract business strategies and transform them into consumable stories
- Highly collaborative style, to quickly build rapport and engage stakeholders and peers
- Storytelling through infographics
- Experience in Shared Service environments
- Has relentlessly high standards, is never satisfied with the status quo, thinks outside the box, and thorough attention to detail.
- Can dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business or the technology
- Collaboration with peers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables through the entire design process.
- Project or process improvement experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in UI/UX: user experience, user interface, design thinking, design for interaction and usability, process flow design, and human-centered design.
