Job Mission

Cumplir objetivos comerciales de Rappi ayudando a los restaurantes aliados de su portafolio a ser exitosos dentro del ecosistema Rappi a través de un acompañamiento riguroso en las acciones, inversiones y el impacto en el mercado.

Contribuir al logro de los resultados de la s cuentas a su cargo, garantizando la buena administración del espacio otorgado dentro del App para publicar los productos y dándole soporte a los procesos diseñados por el Head

OKRs
- Dominar a la perfección la relaciones comerciales para dar soporte y acompañamiento estrategico a las principales cadenas comerciales. Tener una vision 360 para poder analizar metricas operativas, propuestas comerciales y vision de negocio a largo plazo.
- Gestión disciplinada y constante de sus inputs metrics según targets (pitches diarios, cierres diarios)
- .Sinergia comercial con equipos operativos y de marketing para la elaboración y ejecución de plan de trabajo semanal y mensual.

Requisitos Indispensables
- Experiência comercial comprobada en el mercado B2B (habilidades claras de negociación).
- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas: Power Point, Excel.
- Análisis de datos.
- Habilidades altas de oratoria
- Perfil proactivo con orientación al detalle y disciplina.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones.
- Vivir en ciudades principales para asistir a la oficina (obligatorio, no opcional).
- Tus principales funciones serán:

- Velar por el catálogo: productos publicados, precios, fotos, corredores.
- Gestionar el desarrollo y la implementación de promociones.
- Hacer seguimiento a la operación de la cuenta día a día (cancelados, SO, Tiempos, 2 Step Validation)
- Velar porque la experiência del usuario sea excepcional, que los productos se encuentren en perfecto estado, y que estén publicados en el APP con fotos de buena calidad y sus correspondientes y completas descripciones para incentivar la venta.
