This is an excellent opportunity to join the Global Transformation team based in Costa Rica and get exposure to work on global programs financial tracking.
As part of this team, you will be responsible of managing and executing the financials for the Citi Transformation projects in different phases: designing, tracking, implementing, executing, etc. projects at FP&A and/or Finance level ensuring that the Transformation and Risk framework is adhered, and priorities addressed.
This team works closely with Global Finance Transformation Office head, Corporate FP&A, Transformation Program Leads, Business CFOs, Finance Function heads and other seniors

**Responsibilities**:
- Project management skills and ability to understand and analyze project management language and documents
- Expert understanding of IT and Non-IT project management lifecycle (e.g., Scope, Milestones, Outcomes, Deliverables)
- Ability to synthesize and summarize project documents and deliverables
- Attention to detail, organized and proactive

- Outstanding communication, diplomacy & presentation skills required to guide own team and influence colleagues in other areas.

- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, excellent time management and prioritization skills and able to delegate work
- Drive project reviews to ensure alignment with the strategy. This will include quickly learning details of multiple business processes. In addition, the ability to think laterally and flexibly to understand business needs and opportunities as compared to current state and discuss/brainstorm these situations with business and technology partners.
- Develop relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making
- Prepare presentations and analysis for the team and in support of the CFO
- Provide recommendations & supporting documentation for new or proposed processes, business rules & policy.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 4 + years of experience in Planning and Analysis
- Understanding of Banking & Finance products and markets
- Project management skills sought after
- Bilingual: English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Medium - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. VBA, Power BI, Confluence, Jira and Tableau knowledge is a plus
**Education**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineer or a related field
