We are looking to hire Christian bilingual primary school teachers to fill the positions of kindergarten, 2nd/3rd and 4th/5th lead teacher. The position in Monday through Friday 7:30-2:30 pm.

REQUIRED PERSONAL QUALITIES:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement detailed lesson plans and multi sensory instructional activities in all content areas that are aligned to the school standards.
- Assess students regularly and analyze student results; refine and differentiate classroom instruction based on formative and summative assessment data and student needs
- Implement support strategies to meet the academic and behavioral needs of students
- Evaluate the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth of students and keep appropriate and accurate records
- Create an effective environment for learning and hold all students accountable to the academic and behavioral expectations of the school community
- Communicate regularly with students and their families. Hold conferences to discuss individual student progress
- Be community-minded and builder of relationships
- Collaborate with a grade-level partner, department leads, support staff, and the school administration to improve instructional practices and to develop and implement data-driven plans to best support the needs of students
- Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the school.
- Support the mission, vision, and core values of Flourish.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum BA/BS Degree in related field.
- State Teaching Credential (preferred, may be working toward this)
- ACSI Temporary, Standard, or Professional Teaching Certificate (or willingness to acquire)
- Familiarity with Structured Literacy, Charlotte Mason Philosophy and Dual Language model
- Ability to manage elementary student population and use positive discipline and strong classroom management skills.
- Experience in working with Elementary School aged children
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or ESL experience is a huge plus.

Independent Contractor

**Salary**: ₡500,000.00 - ₡685,000.00 per month
