PROGRAM MANAGER lll (HYBRID)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings
- Help the development team to remove impediments and blockers that affect their productivity
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and up-to-date
- Coach and mentor the development team on agile and Scrum principles and practices
- Encourage and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to identify and implement best practices across the organization
- Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and is adhering to the agreed-upon processes and guidelines
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues
- Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
- Maintain and update relevant metrics to monitor team performance and project progress
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Kanban and
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
