The In Process Reviewer (IPR) will be part of the ICG KYC Operations. The unit is tasked with conducting quality reviews across Corporate and Investment Bank, Direct Custody & clearing and Investor services client population. The IPR reviewer reviews KYC Records and will be responsible for ensuring key quality issues are highlighted and corrected before record gets approved. The program engages stakeholders and provides formalized defect reporting and feedback on a monthly basis to senior management/stakeholders involved in the KYC Record process.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage review pool and make allocations to reviewers
Ensures region/team achieves KYC quality review targets and completes feedback loop in a timely manner
Conduct In process reviews of KYC and perform Quality checks on reviews done by other reviewers
Report findings on a timely basis
Act as primary point of contact for assigned region/process
Proactively review metrics and KPI’s to identify emerging trends
Engage with stakeholders/Senior management and ensure timely feedback loop
Conduct root cause analysis by identifying & analyzing areas of common defect/issues/themes
Collaborate with stakeholders and agree on action plan to avoid issues

Own/Lead continuous improvement plan and track implementation and success of initiatives
Achieve operational goals set, and deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity
Provide updates at regular meetings with KYC Operations, RCT, Compliance, etc.
Manage remediation projects / initiatives and report on progress as required
Own/Lead departmental projects / initiatives as requested
Conduct feedback/ knowledge sessions with stakeholders
Provide on job training to new recruits in the IPR team

**Basic Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher with at least 5-6 years of relevant KYC/AML experience (i.e. Quality Assurance, Client Onboarding, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory)
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work with various Stakeholders and build and maintain effective working relationships
Proactive approach in communicating issues and strength in sustaining independent views
Ability to work to tight deadlines as part of a team
Ability to interact with Auditors, Compliance and Independent Control Groups as required
Exhibit good attention to detail while focused on delivery
Ability to work on several initiatives concurrently and cope with changes in priorities
Ability to manage team level processes and deliver presentations
Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytical, and time management skills, excellent attention to detail

**Preferred Requirements**:
Experience as a team manager/team lead for at least 1-2 years
Relevant xperience working with projects for at least 1-2 years
