The KYC Quality Reviewer is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts
- Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards
- Report findings on a timely basis
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned region
- Engage with stakeholders/Senior management and ensure timely feedback loop
- Conduct root cause analysis by identifying & analyzing areas of common defect/issues/themes
- Assist in defining continuous improvement plan and track implementation and success of initiatives
- Provide updates at regular meetings with KYC Operations, RCT, Compliance, etc.
- Manage remediation projects / initiatives and report on progress as required
- Assist with department projects / initiatives as requested

**Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- KYC/AML experience (i.e. Quality Assurance, Client Onboarding, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory)
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work with various Stakeholders and build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to proficiently use MS Office products
- Exhibit good attention to detail while focused on delivery
