**What you will do**:
The Sourcing Analyst will provide reporting and analysis on key Sourcing metrics for the local Sourcing team. He/she will also be involved in intra-departmental communications and will be a key contributor/support-player to higher level managers by providing administrative support.
**What you need**:
- 1+ years experience in purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, quality, or other relevant field within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Related Discipline
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, team members, team leaders, and top management.
- Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and levels both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologies.
- Knowledge of supplier metrics & measurement methodologies and supporting systems.
- PC Literate ( Excel, SharePoint). Basic knowledge of project Management tools is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills required
