**What you will do**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Execute the daily identification and correction of the differences between the bank reports and the company’s subledger to avoid reconciliation issues at the end of the month.
- Take on complex reporting and month-end reconciliation responsibilities.
- Person in charge of providing technical training to new hires, support supervisor through audit requests.
- Take the lead when IC balancing discrepancies arise by assisting the person in charge of the IC balancing.
- Person in charge of escalations, as well as being a back up figure while supervisor is out of the office.
- Support the team to maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards.
- Maintain and enhancing existing process to support the continued business, ensuring that both system and process remain fit for purpose within a changing external and internal environment.
- Comply with the KPIs meeting or exceeding the SLAs.
- SME in charge of providing support through daily Cash Apps activities depending on high volume, complex cases

**What you need**:
**Education & Special Trainings**:

- Business Administration or Accounting degree required, or any other Finance related field
- MS Office Suite (Excel intermediate to advanced level needed)
- Fluent spoken and written English.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5 years of relevant working experience in Business-to-Business collections
- Relevant experience in Finance Shared Services Centers, preferably in American or Multinational companies

**Physical & Mental Requirements**:

- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
