The Systems Controls and Administration Specialist is part of Global Treasury Technology team. The team's vision is to deliver innovative solutions for Treasury, using state-of-the-art technology. Our mission includes driving forward-looking technologies, enabling efficient execution of current and evolving business, leading automation initiatives and providing support to Treasury Controls Team.

**The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensure Treasury policies are applied to all systems, trading, and banking portals, thru configuration of payment flows, approval processes, security roles and user administration.
- Ownership of static data relevant for payments, trade confirmations and legal entities.
- Act as business analyst for Bank Account Management and Payment related systems, including support to migrating the current systems into S4 HANA solution.
- Drive controls efficiencies thru leveraging existing tools and systems capabilities, and lead BPM initiatives.
- High self-learning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Critical thinking and challenging status quo.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in Finance, Business or, Accounting, information systems, industrial engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of related practical experience (Treasury Operations / Payments / Controls).
- 3+ years of experience with system configuration and technical orientation.
- 1+ year of experience with SAP.
- Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficient knowledge of Intel Finance systems such as FAE, AGS, DocuSign, Matrix.
- Experience with BPM and project management.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
