Operations Excellence Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst will be responsible for bank account management, controls execution, custody activities, regulatory reporting and compliance, and settlements of treasury transactions on behalf of the Corporation. These financial instruments may include a variety of securities, foreign exchange, money market, fixed income, derivatives, strategic acquisitions, and intercompany transfers.
The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Execute bank account management, including opening and closing of accounts, and KYC requirements.
- Execute bank account operationally, corporate signers, and corporate delegates maintenance.
- Execute static data updates in a multi-system environment.
- Execute treasury payment processing including cash, securities, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions.
- Execute operational and SOX controls to solve discrepancies and close gaps.
- Support and follow up on reconciliation open items due to settlement issues with Accounting, Banks, Traders, and Cash Management teams up to closure.
- Support Global payment optimization and improvements efforts.
- Familiarize and strictly follow the internal policies, processes, and documentation required to execute treasury payments and manual transactions.
- Execute and maintain process documentation.
- Performing these tasks will require working with Banks, the legal department, senior management, and other company areas such as AP, AR, and payroll.
- Identify and support process efficiency and automation projects, and support system upgrades.
- Networking and influence skills to engage, learn from, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders to coordinate different efforts on Bank account management, Settlements, and Controls.
- Analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Adaptability to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent at working independently and under tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- On-going or completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, economics, or related fields,
- 1+ years of relevant working experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate English level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Analytics knowledge/experience is a plus
Basic understanding of financial instruments; Knowledge of SWIFT, Quantum, and banking portals is a strong plus
