- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- CITI management and support to Primos.
- Sysaid management and ticket assignation.
- Payroll reporting (refunds and deductions of employees).
- Task coordination and case solving related to CITI, CWT and/or Concur.
- Provide trainings and maintain calls when needed with our internal clients.
- Assist in creating documentation and training materials when needed.
- Finding opportunity areas to create and implement improvement proposals.
Skills and Experience

- Experience in AP with high knowledge in SAP.

- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
