**Responsibilities**:
Lead the Intercompany Data use case for the Controllers organization, ensuring the outcomes meet the needs of the consumers of Data

Design the Intercompany Operating Model, partnering with upstream providers of data, Lines of Business and Operations groups.

Partner with Finance and Risk Shared Services on the establishment of controls, escalation and remediation processes in line with the defined Operating Model.

Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to facilitate initiatives and professional development
Coordinate with senior management to align organizational objectives to the strategic data management direction and ensure teams goals and actions are in furtherance of the target state
Facilitate conversations on strategic direction to provide feedback and input to drive the success of data quality initiatives
Facilitate the engagement across Controllership and the wider Finance organization to capture, evaluate, identify synergies and paths of potential remediation for reported data quality issues
Ensure coordination and alignment when and where needed with technology stakeholders and enterprise-wide business partners to conduct data diagnostic efforts, investigate root cause of findings, and present recommended options for solution(s) and remediation
Coordinate with other Finance Data Transformation workstreams (e.g. Governance, Controls) to ensure data remediation efforts or outcomes adhere to Finance Transformation Program project plans and requirements
Support team leads on the oversight for the development and maintenance of metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to report on progress and impact of data quality remediation efforts
Engage with senior stakeholders across Citi to provide updates on progress and gather feedback on any additional data quality issues on which the Controller’s Data Remediation team will need to address

**Qualifications**:
Over 15 years of relevant experience in financial services industry with focus on reconciliation and change management
Broad experience of Finance or Operational/Technology function within Banking organization.
Experience managing diverse teams in a large multi-national organization
Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with ability to break challenges into component parts is critically important
Experience supporting transformation projects and organizational change initiatives
Demonstrated experience of working with financial products life cycles and associated data needs
Experience with controller functions, financial books & records, and/or regulatory reporting is a plus
Ability to understand the strategic direction and translate to the delivery of successful results in a complex and cross-functional organization
Experience in data governance programs with knowledge of data governance principles and practices a plus
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to present to senior management
Strong Influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus
Ability to lead and drive change through creative thinking and pragmatism
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately
Ability to work with stakeholders to elicit and formally define their requirements
Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening and interviewing
Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
Ability to work with system users and stakeholders to elicit and formally define their requirements
Strong program and project management skills both waterfall and Agile e.g. Scrum
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field is required, MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

We are currently working on a hybrid schedule consisting of 2-3 days in office and the remainder remote (specific details depend on location and business group). This is not a remote only role.
