About the Role

We are hiring Workday Tax Department is seeking a senior tax analyst to join a collaborative and growing team. This position will report to the M&A and Tax Planning director.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support implementation of post-acquisition integration step plans.- Assist to build comprehensive integration project plan, which includes all tax workstreams and functional tasks to achieve integration milestones, managing the day-to-day integration efforts.- Assist with corporate restructuring projects.- Handle issues that require triage and solutioning with an escalation path appropriate to the issue and project prioritization.- Coordinate with other tax workstream leads to ensure proper tax reporting.- Support development of tax models to analyze the impact of tax strategies, changes in tax laws and potential transactions.- Support various tax forecasting projects.- Run tax models periodically to identify tax planning opportunities.- Identify and support process improvements to increase overall efficiency.- Support tax department’s roadmap projects.- Ad hoc project support for other tax workstreams.

**Responsabilidades**:
- Respaldar la implementación de planes de pasos de integración posteriores a la adquisición.- Colaborar en el desarrollo de un plan de proyectos de integración integral que incluya todos los flujos de trabajo tributarios y tareas funcionales, a fin de lograr los hitos de integración y gestionar los esfuerzos de integración diarios.- Colaborar en proyectos de reestructuración empresarial.- Gestionar problemas que requieren triaje empresarial y soluciones con una ruta de escalamiento adecuada al problema y a la priorización del proyecto.- Trabajar en coordinación con otros líderes del flujo de trabajo tributario para garantizar la presentación de informes fiscales adecuados.- Respaldar el desarrollo de modelos fiscales para analizar el impacto de las estrategias fiscales, los cambios en las leyes tributarias y las posibles transacciones.- Apoyar varios proyectos de previsión fiscal.- Ejecutar modelos fiscales periódicamente para identificar oportunidades de planificación fiscal.- Identificar y respaldar mejoras en los procesos para aumentar la eficiencia general.- Apoyar los proyectos de guía del departamento fiscal.- Respaldar proyectos ad hoc para otros flujos de trabajo tributarios.

About You

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.- At least 4 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax role.- Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles.- Basic understanding of US federal and state income taxation.
