Eaton’s ES EPG division is currently seeking a Continous Improvement Lead.

**What you’ll do**:
Liderar el sistema de gestión Lean y la diseminación de la cultura de mejora continua en la organización a través del conocimiento y de la utilización de las herramientas de mejora continua. Liderar la implementación de proyectos internos clave para el éxito del negocio

A. Responsable por el cumplimiento de los requisitos del sistema de gestión LEAN

B. Soportar la utilización de las herramientas EBS en la organización

C. Responsable por la diseminación del conocimiento y de la cultura de mejora continua por toda la organización, y por los programas de mejora continua (i.e. Kaizen cup y Plan de Ideas)

D. Responsable por el seguimiento, cumplimiento y reporte de las iniciativas de Cost-Out y CAPEX

E. Planeación y ejecución del IDB (Integrated Deck Building) ) y eventos de mejora continua (RIE, BPI, EBS Pull ) en tiempo y forma de acuerdo al CI Master Plan

F. Gestionar indicadores de planta (High 5). Identificar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a oportunidades de mejora en la eficiencia y productividad de los procesos de planta y administrativos

G. Liderar las acciones relacionadas a OpA y EBS - self-assessment, seguimiento de acciones, assessment validado

H. Cumplir con las responsabilidades que competen al puesto en lo concerniente a Salud Ocupacional e Higiene, Sistema de Administración Ambiental, ISO 9000 e ISO 14000.


**Qualifications**:
" Bachillerato Universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Producción Industrial u otro curso relacionado a Ingeniería, Producción o mejora continua.

" Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos similares/ Experiência en Lean y Mejora Continua, Administración de Proyectos, Procesos de manufactura, EBS.

**Skills**:

- Manejo Avanzado de Microsoft Excel
- Dominio Intermedio
- Avanzado del Idiomas Inglés
- Enfoque al trabajo por objetivos y cumplimiento de metas, iniciativa y tomada de decisión, buena comunicación en todos los níveles de la organización, orientación al trabajo en equipo.
