**How You'll Make Your Mark**:
**_ Job Family Definition:_**

Based on identified training needs in the company business segments/global functions, designs and develops sales, technical or leadership/management training materials, including both traditional and media-based deliverables. Works with project teams to assess, design, develop, evaluate and/or acquire content, and assist with the delivery readiness of sales, leadership/management and/or technical training programs. Audiences may include company employees, partners, or customers. Tests and refines course content by delivering pilot training to sample participants; also delivers train-the-trainer programs.

**_ Management Level Definition:_**

**In a typical day as a Instructional Designer, you would**
- Project manage all phases of learning projects (ILT, VILT, WBT) - analysis, design, development, implementation, & evaluation
- Proactively communicate task and project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in needs analysis to determine training needs within the organization
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and capture learning content
- Design and develop training content that engages learners and aligns with identified outcomes
- Develop eLearning, videos, instructor-led, blended learning, and virtual training curriculums
- Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables with SMEs and instructors.

**_ About You:_**
- Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical/ IT training development role preferred.
- 2-4 years experience, including the management of moderate to large training projects.
- 2-4 years experience with various training development and management tools such as Articulate, Brainshark, Captivate and Smartsheet.
- English fluent (mandatory).
- Networking background (nive to have).
- Aruba certification (nice to have).
- Cisco knowledge (nive to have).

- Strong facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new, complex tools, technologies, and systems.
