TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, InnovationThis position will report to the Americas Financial Solution Center Site Director, providing professional administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details in the Americas FSC Site. Performing office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation and file maintenance.
**Support to the FSC Site**
- Facilities support
- Coordination of Social Events
- Back up facilities and environment, health and safety critical processes
- Ensure that departmental operations comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Research, compiles, and proofs documents and prepares report and presentations, often of a complex or confidential nature.
- Administrative support (Lead team)
- Scheduling meetings and related requirements for departmental staff, including creating of the agendas, reserving conference rooms, catering, and A/V equipment if necessary.
- Support training logistics
- Receiving and directing visitors.
- Participates in and contributes to special projects as directed by the department head.
- Communications coordination
- Help to maintain FSC America Financial Solution Website
- Coordinate all types of internal/external communications.
- May provide departmental reception services.
**Experience and Knowledge**
- Facilities, Human resources, or administrative support background. Undergraduate or currently studying related career.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate English level.
- High degree of initiative and resourcefulness to accomplish tasks
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.
