Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el Rol?**
Brinda el apoyo necesario al área de Recaudación y Cobranza, mediante la gestión de los procesos de cobranza, generando iniciativas para nuevos medios de recaudo de la compañía, controles e informes que mejoren la recuperación y se mejoren los indicadores del área.
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Cómo agregarás valor?**
- Gestiona nuevas oportunidades de incrementar y mejorar los canales de pago existentes.
- Genera reportes de control y seguimiento a las áreas relacionadas.
- Mantiene relación con los canales internos comerciales para garantizar el cumplimiento y la mejora de los procesos de recaudación.
- Elabora informes de seguimiento para asegurar el recaudo de la compañía.
- Asegurar una adecuada y expedita atención a nuestros clientes tanto internos como externos.
- Gestión de proyectos especiales.
- Cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en la operación del negocio.
Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Bachiller universitario en profesión afines al puesto.
- Manejo de Excel.
- Manejos de SQL y Acces deseable.
- Conocimiento de SAP deseable.
- 2 años de experiência en labores relacionadas al puesto.
- Deseable experiência en compañías de telecomunicaciones móviles.
- Capacidad Analítica.
- Orientado al Servicio al cliente.
- Buena comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Inglés intermedio (no indispensable).
