TASKS:

- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Record and categorize expenses
- Schedule client’s bills to be paid on time

QUALIFICATIONS:

- **Must have **a strong **background in **bookkeeping**, accounting, and payroll**:

- Can summarize financial data on a spreadsheet or accounting software such as Intuit, Xero, etc.
- Can organize and record all financial transactions on a book keeping software such as Quickbooks, Xero, etc.
- Has excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Has strong computer skills
- Must be detail oriented and has presence of mind

**Salary**: ₡13,424.82 - ₡15,598.47 per month

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
