**About the Role**
Arkose Labs is looking for a seasoned expert of Paid Marketing who will manage paid search, social and other paid campaigns. Through well-orchestrated campaigns, you will increase leads and awareness of the Arkose brand and elevate buyers' experiences in our key market segments. You will be responsible for meeting the quarterly pipeline targets for all regions.
You will report directly to the Director of digital marketing and marketing operations to align the digital marketing plan with the entire marketing plan, and implement best practices in campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the ABX, web, product marketing, content marketing, global events, and marketing operations teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Own all paid marketing campaigns. Work with the agency and marketing teams to deliver a cost effective campaign while increasing lead volume and quality.
- Be hands-on in implementing paid marketing campaigns in Google ads and linkedin platforms successfully. In addition, expand paid marketing in other platforms like Bing, Facebook, YouTube and more.
- Implement the best practices to improve keyword quality score and volume of the quality leads.
- Track campaign performance metrics closely by channel, persona, content, use case, program vendor, and more. Understand and follow UTM parameters and related industry standards as it relates to paid marketing.
- Perform A/B tests on the ads campaigns, landing pages etc. to increase conversion rates of the paid campaigns.
- Partner closely with the demand gen, ABX, content, web, creative teams to get required assets and creatives.
- Diversify and strengthen our paid media program portfolio to maximize our conversion rate and pipeline impact.
- Build scalable paid media programs that meet regional marketing requirements and select industry publishers based on target audiences and outcomes.
- Participate in and contribute to the global campaign roadmap and execution planning. Communicate the plan effectively with key stakeholders, including the sales, marketing, product, and customer success leadership teams.
- Drive excellence in our campaign operations and reporting. Offer feedback and advice for improvements. Share insights and drive optimization efforts cross-functionally.
**Requirements**:
**You must have**:
- At least 5 years of paid marketing campaign management experience in marketing for B2B SaaS companies. Experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention space is a strong plus.
- Well-versed in interpreting marketing analytics.Experience in Marketo, Salesforce, Google Data Studio and/or Google Analytics is highly desirable but not a must.
- Knowledgeable Google Tag Manager, Outreach, LeanData, BrightTALK, 6Sense, zoominfo, and/or attribution tools (Full Circle Insights or Bizible) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset, and be willing to experiment and improve. Comfortable in high pace environment.
