In Liberia, Costa Rica we have our newest and most advanced manufacturing facility in the world that is leading the way for Industry 4.0. This plant is utilizing state of the art manufacturing technology to improve how our employees work and how we produce our products. We are looking for a Digital Change Leader, responsible for leading the digital transformation as part of the plant Manufacturing Transformation roadmap leading multifunctional teams and building capabilities, while still able to design, develop and execute digital use cases to address business opportunities across the network. This includes project management enterprise-wide programs, product management leadership, collaborative approach, strong data and analytics knowledge and the understanding of digital solutions aligned with the value backed approach. The products produced in this plant will reach hundreds of millions of consumers across the world. What you’ll do for us

As a key member of the plants Transformation Team, the Digital Change Leader is responsible for leading the Digital Diagnostic across all Commercial Products Supply (CPS) Plants in Americas and provide significant guidance and support for the Design and Implementation phases as part of the plant of the future Framework. Responsible for the deployment of the use cases developed by the Lighthouses Plants and its business impacts by the adoption of the new ways of working and usage of the new tools and systems. Ensure that the digital transformation is completed on-time and that meet stated deliverables. In this role, the Digital Change Leader will act as the liaise between multiple stakeholders like the Lighthouse Plants, CPS Transformation Team, IT, Technical and Supply Chain functions, Plant team members, vendors and consultants.

Project Management

Lead the plant of the future implementation as defined in the rollout plan - data collection and data analysis, resources allocation, timelines, stakeholders' management, KPIs and impacts, training and coaching for the local team, communication and project management routines.

Product Management

Oversee the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from ideation to launch, support and improvements to release new versions.

Digital Solutions

Work on managing, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies.

Conduct user journey / experience, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process.

Change Management

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new standard ways of working. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.

**Support communication efforts**: Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.

**Assess the change impact**: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

**Support training efforts**: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
**University/Bachelor’s Degree**: Computer Science or Engineering background. Master’s degree is preferable.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project Management. Finance P&L acumen.

Possess working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 fundamentals.

Strong leadership, coaching, communication and influencing skills. Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Advanced Spanish and English are spoken and written skills. Portuguese desirable.
