In Liberia, Costa Rica we have our newest and most advanced manufacturing facility in the world that is leading the way for Industry 4.0. This plant is utilizing state of the art manufacturing technology to improve how our employees work and how we produce our products. We are looking a Logistics Supervisor responsible for ensure that ingredients and packaging inventories are on target, monitoring inventory levels, planning parameters, product price variance, and connecting with key stakeholders (Shared Services, Procurement). Lead the incoming and outgoing materials flow, ensuring all orders placed to suppliers are properly transported and available on time. Manage the relationship with services providers and Freight Forwarders, monitoring KBIs (Accruals, Service Level). Ensure proper adoption and operation of the transportation management system (TMS) in the organization. The products produced in this plant will reach hundreds of millions of consumers across the world. What You’ll Do for Us

Monitor days of supply on a weekly basis, ensuring proper actions are defined alongside Material Management area to have on time in full inventories in the plant. Review ingredient planning processes.

Lead the transportation team and Material Management Link (4 associates), ensuring the area’s vision is achieved in full compliance with internal requirements and legal aspects.

Support key financial processes such as accruals and PPV (Purchase Price Variance) analysis.

Participate in the Carrier’s selection process (RFQs), and manage key stakeholders (Brokers, Forwarders, Transportation)

Follow up on key initiatives such as supply chain digital transformation initiatives, change of suppliers, change of packaging, new products introduction, and transportation optimization.

Prepare business cases whenever legal or taxes issues arise regarding import or export processes

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of experience in transportation, planning or procurement. Supply Chain Management Certification or equivalent degree (optional)

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Ability to understand, record, and communicate material and product information

Know and follow all Goods Manufacturing Process (GMP), safety, attendance, and rules of conduct guidelines

English and Spanish advanced level
