**Responsabilidad y deberes**
- Dirigir y apoyar al departamento de consultoría en el diseño funcional y técnico durante la implementación de los proyectos.
- Dirigir y apoyar levantamiento de requerimientos tanto en ERP como en CRM en los proyectos que le sean asignados.
- Asegurar la estandarización de la implementación del proyecto entre todos los miembros del equipo a través del cumplimiento de metodología y políticas de la empresa.
- Revisar documentación de los proyectos, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento la metodología establecida.
- Apoyar al equipo en sesiones de trabajo internas y con el cliente, cuando el equipo o el Product Manager así lo estimen necesario.
- Revisar Gap's en los proyectos, participar en estimaciones, explicaciones y análisis con el cliente.
- Velar por el cumplimiento del alcance del proyecto.
**En labores de Preventa**:
- Preparar y realizar las demostraciones tanto de producto tanto ERP como de CRM a los clientes.
- Elaborar informes de levantamiento de requerimientos.
- Contribuir a la realización de RFI’s u RFP’s.
- Contribuir a la definición del alcance del proyecto.
- Participar en las estimaciones de proyectos
- Elaborar documentos de alcance para cada una de esas estimaciones.
**Requisitos**
- ** Estudios**: Bachiller Universitario en Administración de empresas, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carreras afines.
- ** Experiência mínima de 5 años como Consultor e implementando soluciones Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX o CRM.**:
- ** Nível de Inglés**: Intermedio

- Excelente habilidad para crear documentación ejecutiva, muy buena gramática y ortografía.

**Deseable**
- Certificaciones oficiales en Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central, SCM, etc)
- Tener experiência Conocimiento en CRM o Gestión de Proyecto se considera como un plus, así como otras herramientas de Microsoft.
