**About the role**:
**What you’ll have the opportunity to do**:

- Complete W-9 and other vendor setup forms requested by new customers
- Liaise with the Sales, Customer Service, and Revenue recognition team to resolve billing issues
- Other tasks as necessary upon direction of the Billing Manager

**Requirements**:

- Education: High School diploma required; some University courses or Certifications in Accounting or Finance highly desired
- Experience: 2+ years working in a similar capacity at a mid-to-large size company
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work on a full-time basis (40 hours per week)
- Ability to travel to an office location in Costa Rica as needed
- Ability to work from home, including availability of reliable internet connectivity '
- Good written communication skills (in English)
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Proficiency with a computer
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality

**Good to have skills**
- NetSuite experience preferred
- SaaS experience preferred
