**DOCUMENT CONTROLLER**
**OBJETIVO**
- Promover, gestionar, organizar, controlar y ejecutar los procesos administrativos de proyectos.
- Implementar un sistema de control de documentación para los proyectos en ejecución y vigilar por el cumplimiento de los requisitos de información.
- Vigilar que se cumplan los estándares del manual de documentación según las etapas del proyecto.
- Proveer ayuda o información para algunas solicitudes administrativas del equipo.
- Coordinar y realizar actividades administrativas de proyectos según solicitudes del departamento.
- Realizar levantamiento, descripción de proceso, mapeo de procesos según sea requerido por el cliente.
- Ejecutar solicitudes del equipo relacionadas con Ordenes de Compras, Cambio de Ordenes, Agregar fondos a los proyectos vigentes y seguimiento a las consultas relacionadas a las solicitudes.
**FUNCIONES**
- Crear solicitudes de Ordenes de compras, Cambio de Ordenes, Agregar fondos a los proyectos vigentes, orientar al gerente de proyecto en caso de que la solicitud no se pueda generar por falta de presupuesto, informar sobre problemas asociados al Proyecto, seguimiento a las consultas relacionadas a las solicitudes.
- Programar reuniones periódicas del cliente y las partes interesadas según solicitud y realizar minutas para efectos de documentación. Preparar y compartir documentación a equipos internos y partes interesadas. Diseñar indicadores para medir e informar sobre el desempeño de los gerentes en sus respectivos proyectos.
- Crear matrices de control de información de los proyectos de GWOS.
- Monitorear el progreso de las solicitudes de proyectos.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para los integrantes del equipo de los proyectos.
- Dar soporte en la creación de procedimientos, mapeo de procesos, optimización de procesos existentes, adaptación de procesos e implementación de estos.
- Implementar procesos de documentación establecidos para los proyectos según los estándares del cliente.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes administrativas según solicitud del departamento.
- Atender reuniones como representante del equipo según solicitud, si el cliente no se puede presentar.
- Levantamiento de documentación y actualización de información de proyectos.
- Proveer ayuda o información para algunas solicitudes administrativas del equipo.
**Requisitos**:
- Bachiller en Gestión de documentos, Administración de empresas o afi.
- 2 anos de experiência en puestos similares.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência en gestión de documentos.
- Auto Cad nível medio.
