**Department Overview**

The Pricing Operations Team is part of Customer Operations at the GSC. The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in the US.

**Job Summary**:
The person hired for this position will be responsible for supporting pricing requests including standard pricing, deviated pricing and pricing related.

**Primary **Responsibilities **include but are not limited to the following:

- Maintenance of existing pricing/ contracts /deals /chargebacks.
- Follow governance rules and approval processes for updates and new requests.
- Work closely with other USAC CO teams to communicate p r icing/ contract /deal /chargebacks changes.
- Manage request cycle time within standard service level agreement.
- Understand upstream and downstream implications of pricing/ contract /deal /chargebacks changes.
- Able to follow directions & Standard Operating Procedures.
- Understand and act on team priorities.
- Constantly communicate status in both verbal and written forms.
- Manag e mass price updates for price adjustments.
- Manage audit /data cleansing requests.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to articulate/demonstrate complex reasoning skills.
- Proficient using and working in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests.
- Fluent in English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3M ERP.
- E nd-to-end process understanding.
- Previous experience managing pricing contracts /deals /chargebacks.
- Experience creating and maintaining data.
- Familiarity with SAP Vistex and/or Vendavo.
- Advanced Excel/Access skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets.
