The Supply Chain (SC) Sourcing Analyst 2 is responsible for participating in sourcing activities such as defining the need for goods and services, negotiating price contracts and authorizing payment for goods and services in coordination with the Sector Sourcing. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by different business units at Citi. The Sourcing Manager is a facilitator of the overall RMO Sourcing process and supports the cross-functional team in developing and executing sourcing, supplier management strategies, risk and control request management, PO creations requests, contract renewals and some complex contract negotiations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with deliverables related to global data and information analytics strategy, and plan for procurement services. Assist in the execution of financial, business information and analytics strategy, as well as tracking of savings for targeted programs.
- Assist in reporting such as spend analytics, operational/performance metrics, cost analytics, save tracking and reporting, benchmarking, category market intelligence, cost modeling, metrics, reporting, forecasting.
- Provide commodity sourcing analysis and assistance, provide analytical and organizational support to saves, spend, and opportunity analytics.
- Assist in generating metrics on spend by region, business, and category, and identify and maintain spend baselines. Assist in the preparations and analysis of bid packages, eAuction events, and formal request process replies, as well as develop reports and graphs/charts to illustrate saves or spending.
- Partner with internal business units to consolidate information, perform ad hoc spend requests, generate program compliance monitoring reports, commodity reports, and formal request process analysis.
- managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Encourage the stakeholders within the region, fulfilling all policies at local and global levels, for the procurement process: policy Citi Expense Management Policy (CEMP) and Third-Party Management (TPM).
- Meet all audit guidelines and ensure adherence to Citi policies and procedures.
- Attend and report metrics and requests from the Regional Procurement LATAM Head. Complete all tasks in accordance with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, as required by the direct manager, supervisor, or the regional head.
- Work along with Risk and Control and Legal for contract drafting or process exceptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced English level
- Bachelor’s university degree in progress.
- 2+ years of relevant experience related to sourcing processes (contract drafting / red lining)
- Experience working with large amounts of data for reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of contract drafting, stakeholder and supplier management, procurement management and strategic sourcing.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver results and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Organized, ability to prioritize.
- High urgent sense and attention to details.
- High client driven skill and teamwork sense.
- Ability to work with customers and vendors remotely.
- Ability to resolve execution issues remotely.
- Negotiation skills
- Adaptability

**Desirable**:

- Fluent Portuguese or French
- P2P: requisitions, catalogs, etc.
