The Vendor Management Analyst is a centralized resource responsible for accurately performing tasks associated with Service Level Agreements (SLA), rebate and fee collections, quarterly survey setup processes, and Correction of Error (COE) administration. This role will analyze metrics and survey results for Vendor Managers and Vendors The Vendor Management Analyst is Client facing and must be able to provide customer obsessed support to Vendors and Vendor Managers, both in-person and virtually.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supports Vendor Performance/Development data collection and analysis to ensure alignment with Client objectives and goals
Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of program objectives
Develops reports, templates and analysis consistent with company and Client branding requirements
Actively engage with Vendors on open tasks and provides resolution in a timely manner
Ensures customer experience is at the forefront of every client interaction while still adhering to approved policies and procedures
Engages in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies
Performs additional job duties, as requested

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2 - 3 years prior experience in supply chain, operations, project, program or change management
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Ability to work independently - strong prioritization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)
