Sell Thru Manager

**MISION DE PUESTO**:
- Ser el nexo entre los Account Manager (Operadores) y la Field Force (Puntos de Venta)
- Como nexo clave en el proceso, gestionará las cuentas a su cargo para que exista producto suficiente en el canal, y a su vez distribuirlo donde garantice su rotación, mediante la implementación de acciones y planes comerciales.
**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**:
**Customer Management**
- Domina la información de las cuentas a su cargo. Volúmenes, Inventarios, área geográfica que atiende, PDV propios, Retail, Distribuidores, etc.
- Garantiza que cada cuenta de Sell thru tenga un responsable marca, con su correspondiente seguimiento y ejecución de cuenta
- Desarrolla Plan de Negocio para las cuentas a cargo
- Desarrolla y presenta acciones que aseguren una correcta rotación de la marca.
- Desarrolla y presenta acciones que generen fidelidad y aumento de SOM en el canal Sub Agentes / Sub Distribuidores
- Genera acuerdos 360º con las cuentas, que contemplen, espacios, capacitaciones, volumen, inversiones, comunicación, etc
- Provee de información detallada por cuenta/geografía al Sell IN para el reabastecimiento de producto
- Comunica las Acciones acordadas con las cuentas a las diferentes áreas de la marca para asegurar que cada una de ellas cumpla con los compromisos asumidos.
- Hace un seguimiento de los acuerdos negociados y garantiza su ROI
- Hace un seguimiento detallado de la evolución de las cuentas a cargo e identifica fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora
- Aplica proceso de benchmarking entre cuentas para replicar las mejores prácticas y potenciar la marca en el canal
- Asesora al responsable de compra de las cuentas a su cargo sobre mix y cantidad de producto a solicitar.
- Asegura una correcta distribución de los productos de la marca hacia los PDV del Agente / Distribuidor / Retail
