PROGRAM MANAGER V (REMOTE/HYBRID)

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Assist team with making appropriate commitments through Epic selection, Story assignments and Task definition
- Coach team members to understand Scrum and the Agile Principles
- Coordinate with other project teams and departments as needed to delivery critical projects and programs on time
- Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team
- Keep agile tracking systems up to date utilizing JIRA to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs, resource allocation and capacity planning
- Ensure the development teams are practicing core agile principles and following established product development procedures and guidelines in place to leverage shared organizational knowledge and experience
- Work alongside key stakeholders to define and implement new product development processes and facilitate the continuous improvement of existing processes to help teams increase productivity
- Provide coaching/mentoring to the organization in the transition to a more Agile/Scrum environment
- Assist in training team members and other employees on Agile and Design Thinking concepts to maximize their benefits
- Manage the scrum process via the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology
- Facilitate the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Thorough experience in the sprint ceremonies to coach, guide, and support other team members
- Well-versed with key agile methodologies
- Gained the confidence of your cross functional project/scrum teams and broader stakeholders by taking ownership resolving impediments
- Industry background is not specific while a proven track record working in a scrum framework is required
- At least 4 years in IT Application Delivery
- Knowledge of numerous supporting Agile techniques
- Solid understanding of JIRA & Kanban boards
