Job Summary:
The SharePoint administrator/developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, managing sites, access management, security, data storage and collaboration solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the current Auxis SharePoint Platform and migrate it to SharePoint Online.
- Design and build new SharePoint functionality based on business requirements
- Design data architecture and create data connections to develop custom data views, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Provide site design, branding and content development.
- Support for SharePoint and related product infrastructure (hardware and software) architecture, installation, configuration, and deployment for Auxis internal and client (external) enterprise portals. This will be done in conjunction with the windows engineering team
- Collaborate with Application leads and Security officer to ensure the different sites and content complies with all information security and data protection policies.
- Meet with Auxis internal customers and technical users to support business development and client scoping discussions related to SharePoint features and benefits, use cases and other specific solutions, and elicit requirements, discuss scope, deliverables, etc.
- Support SharePoint related project initiatives, including estimating work, developing project plans, requirements documents, and other related tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned by Auxis management.
- Create training material and conducts training sessions for SharePoint end users.

Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
- At least 2 years’ experience as a SharePoint Online administrator
- At least 2 years’ experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and eager to streamline and improve process and workflows
