Exciting Leadership Opportunity to Head Global Data Operations Team. If you're keen on taking the reins in our Global Data Operation leadership, we're looking for an exceptional Global Data Operations Manager to steer a vital part of our Data Management Center (DMC). If you're all about driving excellence and nurturing talent, this role is tailored for you.
Tasks Depend on Assigned Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership and Execution: Oversee the smooth execution of top-notch global procedures while efficiently handling workload and resource allocation. Your direction will ensure the attainment of our shared goals.
- Talent Development: Promote the holistic growth of your team through career mapping, skill evaluations, performance coaching, and recognition initiatives. Offer avenues for advancement and equip team members with the essential training and guidance for success.
- Workload Optimization: Boost staff efficiency and sustain work-life balance by aligning priorities, gauging task complexities, and proactively tackling obstacles. Raise complex issues to the pertinent management level for swift resolution.
- Process Excellence: Back continuous enhancement endeavors, streamline processes, and exchange best practices to enrich functional efficiency.
- Process Ownership: Assume the role of GDO Manager Process Owner (PO) within the DMC. Lead your team in specific professional or business activities like process adherence, training, quality assurance, metrics, and more to meet our business targets.
- Collaboration and Knowledge: Engage in managerial and cross-functional meetings, sharing your expertise through formal or informal presentations. Stay abreast of evolving processes and technologies, internally and externally, to ensure team readiness.
- Flexibility and Innovation: Embrace new initiatives beyond GDO, involving cross-functional and cross-divisional projects, and industry partnerships. Support additional projects or duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in drug surveillance, data management, or clinical/medical research. Prior supervisory or management experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Possess a profound understanding of the clinical development process or drug surveillance. Exceptional communication, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Develop strong relationships and lead teams with influential and developmental skills. Flourish in a dynamic environment and remain adaptable under pressure.
