SUMMARY

Provides technical service support, installation,andmaintenance of companyhardware, software,servers,and services. Ensures that computers,servers,and servicesare functioning properly and areavailable to users for maximum efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as this role evolves.

  • Be familiar withBuildingi'score business and operations as well as the services provided to the client.
  • RepresentBuildingiand theservices providedwith the utmost professionalism.
  • Providesystemssupport relating to software and hardware problems reported by users.
  • Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating systems and application software being used to providehigh levelsof support to users.
  • Add andmaintainusers and equipment on the network; assigning application access, ensuringsecurity andconfigurations are within standards.
  • Keep accountability ofequipment inventory, replacement and repair parts, hardware and software agreements, and licenses ensuring accuracy.
  • Assistin ensuring that backup,recovery,and security procedures are set up and performed as planned and necessary.
  • Assistin monitoring networks to detect potential errors or problems.
  • Provide superiorcustomer service and communicate effectively with a wide variety of users, including management of IT support tickets.
  • Perform other related duties asrequired.

What You'll Need

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related computer network or system administration experience required.
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server is required
  • Knowledge of Cloud/Online services a required
  • Knowledge of setting up and testing laptops for deployment is required
  • Knowledge of computer maintenance, hardware, and software installation, testing and operation. Oral and written English required.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in English both written and oral.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing are essential.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
