We are looking for a Scientific Engagement Manager who will be responsible for managing the development and execution of market strategies and plans to increase the understanding and interests within the scientific and medical community of PMI's scientific approach and results to help ensure the creation of an optimal environment for RRP commercialization, whilst ensuring the integration with the market's overall goals and strategies.
Accountabilities:
- Support the execution of the scientific engagement plans to increase the understanding and interests within the scientific and medical community of PMI's scientific approach and results.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or any other related field.
- At least 6 years' experience in stakeholder relations, outreach, external affairs and scientific engagement.
- Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Medical Affairs e.g. Medical Communications, Medical Science Liaison or Medical Information.
- Experience in public health, life science or pharmaceutical industry is highly desired.
- Strong network of contacts in the science, academic and health-care sectors, or validated ability to develop a network quickly in a new industry.
- Strong people & influencing skills. Personable, engaging, influential presence to enroll others in a constructive conversation when they may initially be unconvinced, indifferent or unreceptive.
- Advanced English level.
