Who you are

You are an experienced Sales or Business Development Professional in Costa Rica, who will play a pivotal role in spearheading our sales initiatives while managing and growing a high-performing team of BDRs for Delbridge & Revenue APEX. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to generate new business opportunities, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in sales leadership roles, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.

What you will be doing

  • Determine, implement, and evaluate sales strategies to maximize revenue growth within the Software as a service industry.
  • Analyzes market trends, competitors' activities, and customer requirements to enhance strategies and tactics.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  • Lead, recruit, train and organize a team of Business development representatives making sure that they are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and tools required for the role.
  • Establish the proper mechanisms to promote a highly individual, and team performance while fostering a collaborative environment of innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to support sales objectives.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM systems Analyze sales data and metrics track sales activities, manage pipelines and prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Sales or similar roles
  • Proven track record of success in business development and/or sales leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
