Your Role and Responsibilities

The Sourcing Team supports hiring projects, where you will execute sourcing strategies aligned with project needs. This role involves responding swiftly to business challenges related to new offerings, project requirements, and critical demand by engaging with both active and passive candidates. Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Project Stakeholders is vital to ensure the hiring of top talent.

As a sourcing expert, your focus will be on building pipelines of referrals, engaging with past candidates, and using innovative sourcing methods and our CRM.

Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters on specific roles they manage for clients

  • Create a diverse sourcing strategy to attract talent from varied backgrounds

  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and Github to identify top talent

  • Initiate contact with candidates and facilitate introductions to Recruiters and Hiring Managers

Team Work

  • Adopt an agile approach for effective collaboration within the sourcing team

  • Establish strong relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to prioritize recruiting needs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Skills

  • Aptitude for recruiting passive candidates at all levels

  • Proficiency in internet sourcing, data mining, and other innovative methods to identify talent

  • Strong communication skills to build relationships effectively

  • Experience with recruitment tools and systems

  • Client-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of IBM technology stack and offerings

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced business environment

  • Recruiting experience in technical fields such as Cloud or modern software development
